You are welcome to book any available, however please keep in mind there are many clients who will want these session times, therefore you are asked to give plenty of notice if you need to cancel a booked session, to allow sufficient time for another client to book.

CancelLations & RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please ensure that you provide AT LEAST 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee of $115. The full fee applies if cancelling in the hour before, or non attendance. Please refer to our cancellation policy below.
The cancellation fees apply even if you are unwell; however, if this is the case, you may choose to change the appointment to Telehealth.
Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours, if you have to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us outside of this 24 hour period to avoid a cancellation fee of $115 or the full fee for cancelling in the hour before, or non attendance without any notice. Even though this may seem rather harsh, we have a long waiting list and the spot can easily be filled, with enough notice. Vicki and Dr Michelle also spend time, prior to your appointment, preparing for the session. For these reasons the cancellation policy is strict and not negotiable. We hope that you can appreciate the reasons.
